Sports Village Holdings, LLC (SVH) donated 14 acres and investment costs totaling approximately $5 million to the City of Frisco for the City?s construction of Fieldhouse USA and its necessary road infrastructure. What is Fieldhouse?
Fieldhouse is a 144,000 square foot state-of-the-art indoor sports facility located on 10.55 acres just to the east of Pizza Hut Park in Frisco, Texas. The facility will be devoted to providing recreational and competitive sports for area residents of all ages. Fieldhouse will feature 12 full-sized hardwood courts, an indoor football and soccer turf field, as well as the finest athletic training and competition to regional participants in basketball, volleyball, soccer, football, and other sports as well.
